Hello. I’m a design and research leader focused on connecting customer experience and emerging technologies to business impact. Currently, I’m exploring how AI-powered experiences can deliver tangible value to customers: not just technical capability, but actual behavioral change and business outcomes.

Crafting vision for the future: My approach starts with human-centered design and systems thinking, then adds business context and measurable outcomes. The result: compelling north star visions that are both creative and achievable. I’m interested in how we shape realistic plans for technologies that don’t yet have established patterns.

Building thriving teams in the AI era: Even with AI, we need humans to create meaningful change. I build and scale high-performing teams using structured systems tailored to specific business contexts. I also sponsor the foundations teams need: UX Centers of Excellence, design systems, quality standards that outlast individual projects.

Transforming insights into results: I partner with leaders and teams to connect product outcomes (user behavioral changes) with business results through clear goals like north star metrics. This means bridging customer experience and user experience disciplines, and establishing research as a strategic asset for organizational decision-making.
