MoneySherpa: financial training for millennials

Challenge
Young adults have difficulty making financial decisions since many of them are not familiar with financial concepts. Even after training, they are not motivated enough to take financial actions.

How might we motivate millennials to learn and take actions on their personal finances?

Approach
After rigorous interviews and design workshops with target user groups, we came up with web-based tool that has microlearning content. We used tools and methodologies from the human centered design approach to co-create the story and the project plans.

Solution
MoneySherpa offers unique experience that connects peer-focused microlearning content with quizzes though a website. We’ve also organized successful local events to engage our target audiences.
